Revolution bike bootcamp
in this 50 min workout, we'll complete intervals on and off the bike (to the side). In switching back and forth from our spinning style and challenging strength training you will be sure to get a great full-body workout.
LFT with RoseAda works all muscle group. Broken down into four segments, Upper Body, Lower Body, Core, and a full body finisher will get your day going!

BURN : sculpt+tone
This mid-morning low impact strength class hits all aspects of your body, focusing on your core while using weights, resistance bands, and more.
an invigorating barre-style class where you will perform targeted exercise to activate multiple muscle groups. In this 45-min class, you'll enjoy toning your body in a safe, low impact manner through the use of small focused movements.
BURN BARRE & BURN BANDS
Our newest class. R+G's take on Yoga Sculpt. This total body workout not only strengths but tones as well.
